On October 22nd I had to make a heartwrenching decision. My DaisyGirl got really sick and the best thing for her was to put her to sleep. We sure miss her around here. It's been so quiet. She had a habit of letting us know when it was 9pm. She got so used to going out at that time for her nite nite potty that if we didn't realize the time she would grumble at us. LOL...We so miss that every nite. My Little Lucky is very lonely. He goes around the house still looking for her and wimpering cause he cannot find her. He would not go potty by himself. If we had sent him outside w/out Daisy he would not go down the steps until she came outside w/him. So we would have to make Daisy go with him. He still waits for her at the top of the stairs. He's getting better though. We just kinda let him know he's gotta go down and he goes. And boy, did she love the snow. She was worse than the kids. Every 1st snowfall we let her out and she would jump in it and smother herself with the snow on the ground. She would also try to catch the ones falling. So this year's 1st snowfall is gonna be sad for me. She was a great dog, the best!!! She loved it when I called her "DaisyGoodGirl" or "DaisyGirl". We all miss her and love her very much. She will always have a place in our hearts...
