Louie, Gisselle, & CJ

For those of you who know the story, these little ones are my nephews and my niece. Please continue to pray for them. As of yet we have no word on or if they will be sending them my way. I'll keep you all posted as I get news. Thank you all for praying.

Back 2 School

School has begun. Johnny is now in 6th grade and Christian is now in 1st grade. Full day at school now. I'm sure gonna miss him being around half the day. The last picture above is him blowing me kisses, awwwww, Que chulo!!!!! (That's "How Cute" for all you non-spanish speaking folks, LOL) He and Johnny are very excited about going back to school. That is a blessing to hear. Last year was so different. They were at a new school and very nervous. They missed thier old friends and school til about half way thru the year. It's all good now. Joshua is now a Junior in high school. He seems to be in better spirits about school now. I think he finally understands that this is where he is going to be graduating from so might as well make the best of it. Prayfully, Da Three Boyz will do well in school this year.

Busy Busy Week

We have been celebrating alot this week. On Sunday, the 10th, was our 12th wedding anniversary. Time sure just flies by. Our love has grown over the years. But more so since accepting Christ into our lives. There's a bond there with our Savior in our marriage. It's a very comforting feeling. And yesterday, the 13th, we celebrated Christian's 6th birthday. I remember bringing him home from the hospital. Actually, I remember bringing home each of my boys from the hospital. And the way they made their little noises and the way they smelled. They sure don't smell like that anymore, LOL. But this week was a reminder to me to make sure we take each day we have with our children as a blessing. Savor the moments and make lasting memories because they sure grow up fast......

Is it a boy? Is it a girl?

No, it's a bird...A cockatiel. Our newest baby...He's so sweet and passive..He loves when I whistle to him. And out of all things, "Anchors Aweigh", LOL...John will love that...LOL

Well, it's been awhile since I've been here. We've been at our 1st home for a year as of today. We've been taking our time making it ours. But I know it'll look great once we are done. We love it here. It's quiet and peaceful. The Lord has surely blessed us!! The boys are still adjusting to the area and school. They have done alot better than I had expected. John is almost done with the Navy. He is going to be retiring in August of "09. He is counting down the days..LOL...
